Great day at the park. . . not sure I was a role model for perfect health. . . but it was a start. (You can blame Gloria for tempting me to sway from my journey.)
This was our view from the gazebo where we drank champagne.
The lower part of the park. The city view is awesome!

Seems like you got all fuzzy and happy after that walk…Could it be the champagne (spelling?) or the walk or being with your friend…Who cares…..You were SMILING…..What I found interesting was your choice of music throughout the video. If you weren’t making some kind of steps in the right direction I would think the music would be dreary.
The other thing I noticed is you referred to a walk you took previously of 4 MILES! That’s a lot for a “non committed walker”. Obviously it’s in you to do it.I say go get a great walking outfit, good walking shoes, the Nike+ iPod….and hit the road!
The only trouble with living in Las Vegas is I have to drive somewhere to walk….if I want to walk within beauty, that is. Having a friend walk with you is good because the time passes quickly and it allows for great conversation. When I walk alone…I think too much.
well you look fit and happy…so long may it last…! How did I miss seeing this…? Weird.
A little alcohol helps us to chill out. I’m pleased you enjoyed your excursion.
Best wishes for the new year to you and Wylde. xx
Thanks Rob and here’s to wishing a wonderfully productive and happy New Year to you too!
Oh I feel so warm and fuzzy after your comments. I will bring orange juice for our walk next week.
And I will bring the vodka!
walk to the liquor store!
LMAO!!
Happiness is pretty healthy, in my book. Cheers!
do u have any idea how much better u sound? u made me smile!! so “cheers” to the walk and champagne!!! u yourself said u felt better so start everyday out like this and u will also get much accomplished when y go home – the garden? and hug your friend!
Great views!
You’re not lazy! You just lack motivation. It happens to LOTS of humans on this planet.
Motivation has been elusive lately. However, if I can keep myself moving forward until the spring. . . being healthier might become my normal lifestyle.
